Borrillo's Pizza & Subs

Borrillo's occupies a charming spot that was initially St. Augustine's first modern Pure gas station. Over the years, it transformed into a fruit stand before becoming the Borrillo's Pizza and Subs we know today. Scott Borrillo, the original creator, had an extraordinary talent and passion for pizza, setting a high bar from the beginning.

As the newest owners, we recognize the challenge of filling very big shoes. We are committed to building on the solid foundation already in place while introducing a few new menu items, ensuring that quality remains uncompromised. Outside of the business, we have been actively engaging with the community, getting to know local businesses, and learning from them. We are proud to offer our patrons an exceptional experience, both visually and gastronomically. Our staff take great pride in their work and strive to provide you with the best possible service. We look forward to welcoming you to enjoy not only our pizza shop but also everything the wonderful town of St. Augustine has to offer.

Great spot for lunch! Real New York style pizza. You can order pizza by the slice. They have huge slices and they’re delicious! The photo I took was a slice we cut in half. This place has quick service and booth style seating. Atmosphere is laid back and casual. Highly recommend their pizza!

Stopped by shortly before closing on a Friday night hoping we weren’t too late to order a pie. At first we were told the kitchen was closed, but they took mercy on us and said they’d make one last order. The staff and owners were friendly and welcoming.

Our experience was 5 stars! We sat outside and listened to a good little band that played my favorites so things started out just right. I’m a bit if a pizza snob and the margarita pizza was delicious. The crust was perfect and the basil and tomatoes were fresh.

After driving around for about an hour looking for a water-front seafood restaurant, we came here, because the wait times were too long at the seafood options. We were expecting Borrillo's to be somewhat of a let down, especially since we eat plenty of quality pizza in New York.
